By addressing these issues together, you and I will be able to work on healing old emotional wounds, to uncover and understand any self-destructive patterns or behaviors that are playing out. In turn we will look to replace these patterns with new, more supportive behaviors and beliefs that will help you move closer to the life goals you envision for yourself.
I offer individual therapy addressing a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues. My approach explores how the past is connected to the present through different avenues of life. By examining life transitions and emotions I work with clients to help them find a sense of self awareness.
I have an integrative couples therapy approach meeting each couples individual needs. I provide couples with tools and insight to achieve their goals in life, while working with a range of emotional issues helping them stay connected and develop deeper communication. I work in a collaborative supportive atmosphere to promote personal growth that couples are striving for.
I collaborate with families to improve communication and develop the skills needed to work through times of challenge and discord. My approach helps families to develop solutions and to promote balance and self-care by exploring strengths and resilience. I have an interest in working with teenagers at various adolescent stages providing guidance and creating an open and supportive atmosphere addressing individual’s unique needs
